Cancellation before start date

Where cancellation is requested at least 5 business days before scheduled service start, clients may receive a full refund minus non-recoverable processing charges.

Rescheduling sessions

Sessions can usually be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice, subject to facilitator availability and agreed programme timeline.

Partial service delivery

If part of a package has already been delivered, any refund review reflects completed sessions, preparation time, and documented delivery costs.

How to request a return review

Send your request by email with booking details, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation or return review.

Data processing in return requests

Personal data used for cancellation and refund administration is processed for contractual and legal obligations and retained according to accounting and compliance requirements.
